Scoring, Signals, and Analytics
Scoring
The Mortgage Map CRM has built-in rules for scoring client activity, lead quality, and mortgage quality so that you can know where to focus your time and efforts.
You will receive a notification email whenever a client's activity level passes a certain threshold, which will be a good indication that the client may reach out to you soon or that you should touch base with them.
From the 'Scoring' dashboard in the Analytics module, you can see which clients, leads, and mortgages currently have the highest scores and the scoring trends over time.
Signals
The CRM monitors the email engagement of clients and leads and displays real-time updates to you as 'signals'. It keeps tabs on email interactions, including clicks, opens, and responses. This insight helps you gauge ongoing engagement with clients and leads. You can access these signals by clicking the bell icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

Analytics
The Analytics module is where you can find all the dashboards you need for monitoring the health of your brokerage.
The dashboards are a powerful visualization tool for displaying all the valuable data you have in your CRM about your mortgages, partners, leads, notes, tasks, and upcoming mortgage renewals. You can see snapshots in time as well as comparisons to previous time periods, giving you actionable and timely insight into growth, regression, or stability within your business.
