In this stage, the purchase offer has been accepted by the seller and we are working towards a commitment. The borrower will be asked to upload a variety of documents to verify all of the information in their application. The email they will receive will look like this:

Once logged onto the borrower portal, the client will be prompted to supply documents specific to their borrower profile. Their screen will look like this:

The client can securely upload documents, watch the videos, and access the other helpful resources.
