The final stage of the borrower journey is 'Mortgage Complete.' In this stage, there is nothing else required from the borrower. They can rest comfortably, knowing the lawyer is handling the rest of the details. The borrower's final email should look like this:
When logged into the borrower portal, the stage 7 section will look like this. It is at this time the borrower can have some peace of mind knowing their mortgage is going to fund.
