In stage 5, we are trying to make sure all of the lender conditions are met. They may request additional documentation that the borrower will have to provide. The email the borrower will receive will look like this:

When the borrower is logged into the borrower portal, stage 5 will look like this:

In this stage, the borrower must sign and send back the commitment letter.
