Getting started with the system
This guide is intended for new agents and brokerage administrators. It provides a quick overview of the The Mortgage Map system, and highlights a few key workflows.
The Mortgage Map consists of two integrated applications:
A robust CRM system for mortgage originators to track their mortgages, clients, and leads throughout the sales cycle and to identify and nurture future sales opportunities
An intuitive borrower portal for your borrowers to view their journey through their mortgage process and for streamlining borrower document collection
