The Mortgage Map Borrower Portal enables your clients to remain well-informed throughout every phase of their mortgage journey. At each step, borrowers receive gradual document requests and have access to informative videos that enhance their comprehension of their current stage.
It is optional for borrowers to use the portal, however, it'll make document requests and collection a much smoother process for both you and your clients.
