This outlines their budget, available mortgage products, and summary of their credit. This is when the borrower must connect their real estate agent to the originator to ensure all MLS listings are reviewed before placing an offer.
During this stage, the borrower will receive the following email:

When logged into the borrower portal, the borrower will be see this in stage 3. They can view our custom video, access our resources, and view their mortgage summary by clicking Mortgage Summary on the left side menu.
