Email Campaigns
The Mortgage Map CRM will send personalized email campaigns to your clients and partners by utilizing automated workflow rules and customizable email templates. Some of the default email campaigns include:
Birthday
Monthly Blast
1 & 2 Year Mortgage Anniversary
4 & 6 Months Until Renewal
These emails track when and how many times they have been opened and clicked by the recipient. Different campaigns can be created at Brokerage Administrator.
The email templates used in the campaigns can be found by clicking on the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar, which will take you to the Setup page. From there, click on the Templates option under the Customization column.
