Planning Your Mortgage
Stage two of the mortgage journey is 'Planning Your Mortgage.' In this stage, the originator is creating an overview of what mortgage product will best suit the borrower's needs. A credit summary and mortgage feedback will be created for the borrower. The borrower will be prompted to upload their photo ID for identity verification. The stage two email will look like this:
When logging into the borrower portal, the borrower will see this section. They will be able to view an important video and access other helpful resources.
